Windows Setup (Recommended)

ATECH Remote Setup

Installs RustDesk, mounts our private server, and sets the access password automatically.
Download ATECH_Remote_Setup.exe

If Windows shows a security warning

Sometimes Windows SmartScreen will warn about new downloads. If you trust this installer:
  1. Click More info
  2. Click Run anyway
  3. If asked, click Yes (Admin)
Tip: Right-click the file → Properties → check Unblock (if shown)
After setup completes, the app will show an ID. Send us the ID to connect.

Steps

  1. Download and run ATECH_Remote_Setup.exe
  2. Wait for Setup complete
  3. Copy the ID shown in the app
  4. Send the ID to ATECH support
